DeXHand ordering terms

Effective October 7, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed through OrderYourKnives.com.

Products and pricing

Product descriptions and prices shown on the product page apply when an order is placed. Live availability is checked when you choose your options. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Square. DeXHand does not receive or store your full card number. A Square receipt is payment evidence; it is not shipping or delivery confirmation.

Custom work

Custom engraving, artwork, spelling, orientation, production timing and delivery details must be confirmed before production. Review the final wording and artwork carefully before approving it.

Delivery and pickup

Shipping timing and tracking are confirmed separately after fulfillment. Local pickup in Brielle, New Jersey, is available only by prearranged appointment.

Knife care and support

DeXHand blades use 1095 high-carbon steel and require prompt hand washing, thorough drying and appropriate care. See the knife-care page. For an order problem, damage, return question or service request, contact Captain Chris so the specific order and available resolution can be reviewed.
